RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The European Consumer has, by EU terms, the right to withdraw from the contract within the period of 14 days from the date of signature of the online contract without declaring any explanation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In such case, the consumer shall send to Sonia Demetz,info@soniademetz.com<\/a> or by any suitable means an clear communication of his intention to withdraw from the contract; this within 14 days from the date of the contract signature, specifying the reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After the receipt by Sonia Demetz of the withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must return the goods at his own expense still within 14 days to Sonia Demetz Co., La Poza 25, I-39048 Selva Valgardena.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sonia Demetz will reimburse all payments received including transport costs to the consumer who has properly exercised the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refund can be withheld until the returned items are received by Sonia Demetz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The returned items must be complete, undamaged and suitable for resale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Items must be returned well packed and well protected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consumer is liable for any value reduction of the items resulting from careless handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AMICABLY DISPUTES SOLUTION.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The consumer may report any claim to Sonia Demetz Co. The Parties hereto undertake to try and amicably settle any possible dispute relevant to the interpretation and\/or application of the signed contract herein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eventually, the European Commission provides an online platform for the resolution of disputes (ODR) arising from online sales and service contracts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
